“Hashiri Shimokitazawa” is a restaurant where a sushi chef and sommelier who returned from the United States serve sushi and wine when it opened last year. The 10,000 yen range of courses you can order at the restaurant are the “Chef’s Chef’s Course Expressing the Four Seasons” (11,000 yen) and the “Omakase Takumi Course” (15,000 yen). The “Omakase Course” includes 8 to 10 dishes such as appetizers of seasonal vegetables and seafood, steamed dishes, and grilled dishes, as well as 10 pieces of nigiri, 1 piece of inari, and a bowl of soup for 16,500 yen. In addition to a variety of alcoholic beverages, this course includes sake pairings and tea pairings selected by experts, as well as soft drinks.

Beef Sushi Kintan is located in Ginza, Tokyo. The restaurant is Japan’s only “Yakiniku sushi specialty restaurant” and offers around 30 types of menu items using the highest quality Wagyu beef and seasonal seafood.

They offer a 12-piece beef sushi course for 12,000 yen and a 15-piece beef sushi course for 18,900 yen.
